يشمل الإسترجاع والاستبدال أصناف البلوك والبلدورة والبلاط باستثناء الخرسانة الجاهزة (قبل إستخدامها أو إستخدام جزء منها) الا إذا ثبت وجود عيب تصنيعي في المنتج قبل استخدامه من خلال اختبار الهبوط للخرسانة (Slamp Test) في الموقع بشرط ان يكون محدد مقداره (الهبوط) مسبقاً من العميل، وفي حالة إختبار أي من المنتجات الأخرى يجب تحديد المواصفات مسبقاً من العميل،علما بأن اختبار الهبوط يتم عبر جهة معتمدة يتم تعينها من قبل العميل أو بواسطة ممثل المصنع الفني.
في حال عدم تحديد المواصفات الفنية للمنتج من قبل العميل فإن المنتج يكون حسب المواصفات القياسية للمصنع.
للاستفادة من خدمات الإرجاع والاستبدال يجب إحضار السند او الفاتورة الأصلية.
المدة الزمنية لتسليم المنتج المباع تكون خلال 5 أيام عمل من تاريخ الدفع ولا يمكن استرداد المنتجات التي تم تصنيعها للعميل.
يمكن الإرجاع أو الاستبدال في حال استلام الطلب إذا كان الصنف بنفس حالته الأصلية عند الشراء ومغلفا بالغلاف او الحزام الأصلي للمصنع ويحق للشركة الامتناع عن الاسترجاع.
الاسترجاع خلال مده (3) أيام والاستبدال خلال مده (7) أيام من تاريخ الدفع.
في حال الاسترجاع فأنه سوف يتم إحتساب رسوم شحن المرتجع بما يعادل 30% من قيمة الفاتورة ولا يقل عن مبلغ 350 ريال غير شامل الضريبة.
رسوم الشحن والنقل والاستهلاك في حال التعويض عن منتج تالف فأنه لا يتم تحميل العميل أي تكاليف.
في حال طلب استرداد مبلغ الشراء قبل تصنيع الكمية فأنه يتم أعادتها بواسطة شيك مصرفي خلال 14يوم على ان يتم تقديم طلب خطي من العميل لاسترداد المبلغ عبر العنوان البريدي أدناه او البريد الالكترونيinfo@meyar.saموضحا فيه الاسم الرباعي ورقم الايبان للحساب وبشرط ان يكون الحساب نفسه الذي تم الدفع بواسطته.
في حال كان دفع المبلغ عبر نقاط البيع سوف يتم حسم %0.008 من قيمة الفاتورة إذا كان الدفع عبر مدى.
